Allegra Jaros

Allegra has been part of the AEFCT team for 10 years, and she loves AEFCT’s holistic approach to helping families. She earned a BA in psychology with an emphasis in child development and Autism treatment from UCSD, and later an MA in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, San Diego. She has been providing support for children and families in various capacities for over 15 years and has extensive experience as a behavioral consultant, parent coach and educator.

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she has treated children, adults, and families with a wide range of personal issues including anxiety, depression, OCD, personality disorders, BPD, ADHD, maladaptive behaviors, and relational conflicts. She has always had a huge spot in her heart for families who support and raise children with Autism, and recognizes how much the family system and societal pressures impact the mental health of parents. Allegra strives to empower people to have a healthy relationship with themselves, partners, and family in order to live their best life.
